Christmas Music and Art Fundraiser

CALLING ALL JOY IN LEARNING PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE PARTICIPANTS!

Many have asked over the years if Joy in Learning participants could either donate their Joy in Learning items for a worthy cause or that anybody could “buy” their items with money going toward a cause.

We have worked hard to answer those questions and are happy to announce that we are doing both on December 4th!

We invite our Joy in Learning participants throughout the years to donate some of their homemade JIL items — whether they be pottery, knitted, crocheted, painted, sewed, etc. They could have been made anytime since we started JIL! Attendees will be able to “buy” these items on December 4th.

Bring your handmade items to the JIL hallway or Cafe (Tuesday - Friday, 8-Noon) Tables are set out for you. We would love to have them by December 2nd! If you can donate, email Beth at beth@westminsterjoy.org.

The fundraiser is open to ALL, whether you have participated in a JIL class or not.

We are so excited to have these AWESOME SONGWRITERS SING AND LEAD OUR CAROLING! WT Davidson, Glenn Burke, Joe Irrera, Debra Griner, Ed Branding, and Frankie Staton.

Have you ever wanted to just “try-it” and see what a pottery wheel feels like? Here’s your chance!

Instructor: Rebecca Jacobs who has had experience in working with all ages on the wheel!

Introducing: Fused Glass Class

Wednesdays

10:00 a.m. - Noon
$50 per person

Create one or two 6” plates! Fused Glass is NOT the same as stained glass. We use a specific type of glass and glue the pieces to a flat piece of glass. After that, the kiln does the rest!
