Ikebana Pottery Session

Tuesdays
August 5, 12, 19, 26 & Sept. 2, 9
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Limit: 8
$55.00 includes all supplies and flowers

In this 6-week session, we will hand build vases to make floral arrangements in the Japanese Ikebana tradition. We will also make a holder for the stems in the bottom of the vase, called a frog (English) or Kenzan (Japanese). For the last class there will be fresh flowers to make an arrangement for you to take home in your new vase.

Need to get out of the house? Enjoy the July Café activities!

Pom pom making is open for all to enjoy in the Café. Just come on in and create one or two or three.

Ideas: creatures, glue on pencils, hook onto backpacks, make a bookmark, headband, puck, glue to a hat, or think of something else!

These activities are great for kindergartners on up. No RSVP required. Enjoy the fun and air conditioning!

The acrylic painting summer session is meeting for six weeks in June and July. We tried an afternoon class and were pleasantly surprised to see a full class!

Our pottery open studio is meeting on Fridays in July!
